Who we are

Dimetrics (“we”) operates the digital-infrastructure intelligence terminal at dimetrics.ai and the Dimetrics MCP server for AI assistants such as Claude, Codex, and Claude for Excel.

What we collect

Account data — your email address and a salted hash of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
Optional profile data — if you choose to provide it: name, age bracket, accredited-investor status, net-worth bracket, employer, and role. Every field is optional and skippable.
Product usage — actions you take in the product (for example watchlist and portfolio changes, onboarding steps, subscription events) together with IP address and browser user-agent, used to operate and improve the product.
Portfolio & watchlist entries — tickers, share counts, and optional cost basis you enter. Used solely to render your own views and performance history.
MCP / API usage — tool calls made through the Dimetrics MCP, including the tool name and arguments, for metering, abuse prevention, and support.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We retain your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to operate your plan.

Email

Transactional email (verification, receipts, trial notices, security notifications) is sent via Resend. If you opt in to the Blockspace newsletter at signup, we forward your email address to Beehiiv for that purpose only.

Where your data lives

Application data is stored with Neon (Postgres, hosted on AWS in the United States). The application runs on Vercel.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only: (1) with service providers acting on our behalf to run the product (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Neon and Vercel for hosting); (2) in aggregated or de-identified form that cannot reasonably identify you; or (3) with your explicit consent. If we build products with partners, any use of your data in those products will likewise be aggregated/de-identified or consent-gated at the feature level. Your portfolio and watchlist are never visible to other users. Optional community-profile data (name, age bracket, accredited status, net worth, employer, role) is held to a stricter standard: it is used only for member-matching inside Dimetrics and is never shared outside it in any form.

Cookies

We use a single first-party authentication cookie (an HTTP-only session token). We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

AI assistants and the MCP

When you connect Dimetrics to an AI assistant (e.g. Claude) via the Dimetrics MCP, the assistant retrieves market and infrastructure data from us on your behalf using OAuth or an API key you control. Your conversations with the assistant are governed by that assistant’s privacy policy, not ours; we only see the tool calls made against our API.

Your choices

You can update or delete profile fields, watchlists, and portfolio entries at any time in the product. You can delete your account from account settings, which removes your personal data; anonymized usage records may be retained for aggregate analytics. For any data request, email admin@dimetrics.ai.

We’ll update this page when our practices change and adjust the date above. Material changes will be announced by email.
