Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to query the Dimetrics dataset through the MCP Connector for your own internal business, research, and investment-analysis use. One subscription covers one person. The dataset and its compilation remain the property of Dimetrics.
Use the data in your own models, spreadsheets, and internal analysis. Include limited excerpts (individual figures, small tables) in research notes, client memos, or publications with attribution to Dimetrics.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly republish the dataset or any substantial portion of it — in raw, derived, or repackaged form. You may not share your API key or account, use the service to build or seed a competing dataset or product, or provide systematic access to the data to anyone who is not a subscriber. Bulk extraction for any of these purposes is a breach regardless of how the queries are phrased.
Subscriptions include 5,000 tool calls per calendar month. Every call is logged — tool, arguments, key, IP address — and usage patterns consistent with bulk redistribution are investigated. Dimetrics may apply rate limits to keep the service responsive for all subscribers.
Dimetrics may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, without refund for the current term. You may cancel anytime; access runs through the end of the paid period.
The dataset is compiled from public filings, company disclosures, third-party data providers, and Dimetrics' own research. It is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. This applies equally to any calculated, modeled, normalized, or derived value, which may differ from the underlying source. Verify against primary sources before relying on any figure.
Dimetrics is a research and analytics tool provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the terminal, website, or delivered through the MCP Connector is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, a recommendation or endorsement of any security or strategy, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Dimetrics is not your broker, adviser, or fiduciary and no such relationship is created by your use of the service. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions; do your own research and consult a licensed professional. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and forward-looking figures are estimates that may not be realized.
Some data is sourced from third-party providers and is not independently verified by Dimetrics. Those providers are not responsible for your use of it and make no warranties about it.
Parts of the service generate responses using AI, including answers returned through the MCP Connector and any narrative commentary. AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate, is not reviewed by a person before delivery, and is not advice. Treat it as a starting point and verify against primary sources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is used at your own risk and Dimetrics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or trading losses arising from your use of or reliance on it. To the extent any liability is found, it will not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
Dimetrics may update these terms; material changes will be announced to subscribers before taking effect. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
